Thank you for your interest in the Victoria County Studio Tour. Applications for 2026 are available below.

The fee is $250.00.

Please Note: If you are applying to participate with more than one medium, please complete an application for each one with twelve images for each. You only pay one fee, but the jury committee needs to see all work that is to be shown at the tour. Returning artists must do this for work in a medium that they usually don’t work in as well.

Returning Artists: We have changed the application form to ask for five good quality images for our brochure.

Volunteer Committee*

It has been decided, in order to make it fair to all artists, that everyone volunteer for some committee responsibility to be completed either before the tour or after. As a new artist, we have two committees for you to choose from.

Brochure Distribution Committee (One lead in each area to ensure distribution of brochures to a wider area)

Social Media Committee (Facebook/Instagram)

Please label the images in the following way: A_Name_2025_1.jpg Each image will be 1, 2, 3 etc.
After image upload is complete, the name of your file will be preceded by a red "x" this is in case you need to delete it.

RETURNING ARTISTS*

Membership Agreement All Participating Members agree to the following requirements:

All new participants will be juried for acceptance to the Studio Tour.
All work submitted for jurying and displayed on the Tour must be original work by the member. If you want to sell more than one medium, you must apply once (with 12 images) for each medium separately. You only pay one membership fee but our jury committee needs to see examples of all types of work, i.e. painting and sculpture.
No “kits” are allowed for sale.
The studio or exhibition space must be your own residence or working studio unless you are a guest artist.
Members (Studio & Guest Artists) agree to be in attendance and have their studios open for the two weekends of the Tour: September 26-27 & October 3-4, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Each Member is expected to provide his or her own liability or other necessary insurance. The Studio Tour does not provide any liability or other insurance coverage.
Artwork must be properly and tastefully displayed. Thought and planning must be given to ensure having enough product to last until the end of the Tour.
For consistency, only signs provided or permitted by the Studio Tour may be used for roadside directions. Signs will be provided by the Studio Tour.
The Studio Tour will typically hold three yearly meetings which all members are expected to attend.
All members are required to help with the promotion of the Studio Tour, which includes distributing brochures and other advertising materials. Artists are also required to submit information about their art/studio to be used on Studio Tour social media.
To further promote the tour, artists are encouraged to include a link to the Studio Tour website vcstudiotour.com on any personal social media promotion of their art/studios.
All members are expected to assist the various committee leaders, to ensure that the duties are distributed evenly among the members.
Members who participate on various committees shall volunteer their time. Expenses pre-approved by the executive will be reimbursed.
Please note that submission of this form to the executive by current members is no guarantee of acceptance to the tour.
Note: Accepted members must notify the Executive in the event that they need to withdraw from the Studio Tour. There will be no refund of membership fees after the start of the production of the Studio Tour brochure/map.
